Japanese Arcade monitor chassis unknown model, nonworking

I have for sale a unknown nonworking arcade monitor chassis. It appears to be missing flyback, this is being sold for parts and isn't working, I've seen these in some of the Japanese arcade metal cabinets. This is being sold as is with no returns.part#z-8
